The Young Women Professionals' Development Program (YWPDP) is now accepting applications for the 2025/26 cohort. This initiative is designed for women aged 21–30 who hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 and are interested in the Ethiopian financial sector.
