Addis House of Culture invites you to a rare viewing of archival films of Ethiopian Royalty with historian and filmmaker Hugues Fontaine. View extraordinary moving images from 1909 capturing the last public appearance of Menelik II, King of Kings, and from 1917 documenting the coronation of Queen Zewditu. These are among the earliest surviving films of Ethiopia.
